Hey guys! I'm Courtney! I've been in the beauty industry since 2014. I wish I could tell you that I always knew I was going to be a hair stylist, but my story isn't that simple. Growing up, I always loved anything art related and ended up becoming very involved in art classes as I grew up into high school. I loved expressing however I felt through paint, pencil or pastels. Once it came time for college, I knew school wasn't for me, and I figured Cosmetology was the best route for me to take to express myself and make my parents happy by going to school. Little did I know, I would soon there after fall in love with the industry. Not with just the art behind hair, but I love seeing my client walk out the door feelin' themselves. A simple haircut, color or a little beach wave can change someone's perspective on themselves and make a bad day great, and I love being able to make that happen! Hair stylists can be day makers! 

 

I am a Certified Colour educator for J Beverly Hills as well as a Certified Makeup Artist and Class Facilitator for Sephora. Education is another passion of mine. I love being able to share with others my knowledge and I love learning from other stylists. Knowledge is power and there's so much room to grow! 

 

When I'm not in the salon, I love to crochet, read and geek out with all things Game of Thrones, Star Wars and Disney. I'm a homebody and cat lady at heart, (shoutout to my fur baby, Figaro), but I also LOVE music and love to go to live shows too!
